With the acquisition of OraCare by United Dental Care of Texas, the
responsibilities of managing the conversion of data from one system to another, the
training of personnel on the new system as well as the local and regional programs, all

As the chief holder of information on the system, responsibilities of this
post included communication and implementation of compliance-reporting issues to the State
of New Jersey and the transition of those reporting mechanisms to the appropriate
